FIBERNET TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The SKYNET UFIBER Unlimited Data Benefit is being provided to Skynet Fibernet customers in India on selected plans.
2. This benefit cannot be combined with any other offer provided by SKYNET
3. The Unlimited Benefit is intended only for Personal and Non-Commercial Use, and not for any commercial, special or enterprise purposes. Consequently, in accordance with the current Fair Usage Policy and in view of the regulatory compliances and also, to provide optimum service to the consumers and protect their interests, the speed of data post consumption of 1000 GB within a billing cycle shall be reduced to 1Mbps.
4. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) reserves the right to end/ suspend/modify the benefit at all times, as well as in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) and each customer and by subscribing to the benefit, customer accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
6. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the benefit or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Sefaro Networks (SKYNET)'s reasonable control. If Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
7. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the customer availing, not receiving or customer's use of the benefit.
8. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) makes no warranties or representations whatsoever in respect of the benefit and the broadband services including as to its fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, quality, availability, disruption or error free operation.
9. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Coimbatore alone.

2. Speed Indicated is till our ISP node only. Maximum possible speeds are as per mentioned in plans will be configured.
3. Maximum feasible speeds is subject to our network capability in your area and also depends on network traffic.
4. All equipment supplied by us shall remain our property at all times.
5. Customer is liable to pay monthly rental & any Penalty till CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) is returned in good condition.
6. Registration, Installation/Configuration charges applicable.
7. Additional FUP TopUp Packs are valid only for the current billing cycle and will not be carry forwarded. (NO DATA CARRY FORWARD)
8. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of validity.
9. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) reserves full rights to alter or make changes to plans without any prior notification.

No Free Static Or Public IP Address will be provided to any customers. Customers are provided access via PPPOE Concentrator using secured Username and Password to each and every customer.

Customers can subscribe for Static/Public IP with additional charge of 2500/- per IP per annum. Taxes Extra as Applicable.

Note: Customer can request only one static/Public IP per Username. Additional IP Provisioning is not possible.
1. Installation Charges of 2000.00/- (Taxes Extra will be applicable).

Note: Installation Charges may vary depending on the Location, Area and Port Availablity.
2. Refundable Securtiy Deposit of 2000.00/- for Equipment Supplied by SKYNET.
3. All Customers must Submit the signed copy CAF along with Valid Govt. Issued ID and Address Proof (Mandatory).
4. 200meters of OFC cable from our Nearest Node will be provided free of cost. Any additional cable requied will be charged extra @ rate of 10/- per meter from the customer.
5. First Time installation and Provision of Fiber and Splicing is free of cost. But if customer wants to relocate fiber to any other location within the home additional charge of 300/- will be charged per instance.
6. In case of Prepaid Plans Customer needs to pay advance one month plan charges+GST along with the CAF and Proof Documnets.
7. No Refund will be provided if the customer wishes to cancel the connection post provisioning of Fiber at Customer Premises.
Security Deposit Collected at the time of Installation is Refundable only at certain conditiones mentioned below:
1. Customer can claim the security deposit during the time of termination of the connection by surrendering the CPE Devices/Routers and Termination Box to Nearest Skynet Office in Working Condition.
2. At the time of Surrendering the Equipment Customer must ensure that the CPE Devices/Routers and Termination Box is in Working Condition and is free from any visible damages.
3. In case if there is any type of Physical Damage or CPE Device is not in working condition no Refund will be Provided.
4. If the device is returned in Working and Damage free condition then the Security deposit will be refunded to customer within 7 Working Days via Cheque only. Once the Cheque is ready our Executive will call and inform the customer.
5. If the customer surrenders the connection within a period of 6 months of active paid usage, early surrender charges of 1000.00/- will be deducted along with any unpaid bills from the refundable deposit.
6. If the customer surrenders the connection within 1 year and above 6 months of active paid usage, early surrender charges of 500.00/- will be deducted along with any unpaid bill amount from the refundable deposit.
7. In case if the account remains deactive for more then 90Days due to non payment of Bill then the Security Deposit amount Paid at the time of installation will be forfited and the account will be deleted. Refer Terms & Conditions for Account Deactivation & Reactivation for more details.
OTT service is available in selected areas only.
  • Free OTT Subscription is provided only to the Customers Subscribing 799 and above plans.
  • OTT App provided by us may not support all Android Devices or Smart TV
  • Users can also install the OTT App on any Compatible Android Devices.
  • All Standard Conditions for OTT Platform is applicable
1. In case of non payment of bill for more then 30days, Account will be automatically deactivated by the system.
2. Customer can Reactivate the Account within next 30days by clearing all outstanding dues. No Reactivation Charges will be charged within 30days from date of deactivation.
3. In case if the customer dosenot clear the outstanding within the 30days from the date of deactivaion then customer must pay Reactivation charges of 500.00/- along with the outstaning dues.
4. In case if the account remains deactive for more then 90Days then the Security Deposit amount Paid at the time of installation will be forfited and the account will be deleted.
It would be the responsibility of subscribers to make monthly/quarterly/annually payment of internet services. Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) and its Franchise would disconnect the service in case of non receipt of bill payment without giving any prior notice to the subscriber.
Any loss of business suffered by the customer due to disconnection affected will be his/her own responsibility and so borne by him/her. Temporary Break or disconnection of service under scheduled maintanance will not require any notice.
If at any time, during the continuance of our internet services, the performance in whole or part, of any obligation under it shall be prevented or delayed by reson of WAR, Hostility, Acts of the public enemy, Civil commotion, Sabotage, Fire, Flood, Explosion, Epidamic, Quarantine Restriction, Strikes, Lock-out or ACT OF GOD...etc. The subcreiber shall not claim for any damages against Sefaro Networks (SKYNET) and its franchinse in respect of such non performance or delay in performance of our internet services.
Internet Service may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any materials in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohaiited. This includes, withour limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secrete or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illigal threat, and Violates Export control laws or anti-national
Sending unsolicited messaging via internet services is unlawful and it is not permitted.
Probing for means of gaining unauthorized access to computers or networks is not permitted. Sending harassing or threatening transmission over the Internet Service is not permitted
Internet contains uneditted materials some of which may be sexually explicit or offencive & provocative for which we have no control. Any Objectionable or obsceane message or communications, which are inconsistant with the established laws of the country are not created, stored, downloaded, accessed, transmitted or retransmitted by any person using our facilities.
